Stephen currently leads the insights team at Australia’s leading energy provider AGL Energy. With a research career spanning more than 20 years Stephen understands research methodologies, people and suppliers and is widely recognised for his experience in customer segmentations, expertise in Consumer Behaviour and Brand positioning. His current focus is to bring lessons from the behavioural sciences to assist researchers further understand people and incorporate this knowledge into business practices. He is passionate about promoting client side researcher’s role and contributing to the evolution of the market research industry. An experienced conference speaker who speaks openly about the issues facing the research profession today. He chairs the Victorian Client Network Group, contributes to ESOMAR and represents clients on the Victorian AMSRS committee. Stephen is a Qualified Practicing Market Researcher (QPMR) and hold a Masters of Business ( Marketing).
