With 20 years experience as a supplier of market research, Dianne formed Latitude Insights in late 2007. Prior to this she worked in some of Australia’s best boutique agancies. With extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, Dianne’s passion for research is in understanding why. Dianne has an in-depth knowledge across FMCG, retail, banking and finance industries, together with substantial experience in social marketing. Today Dianne spends much of her time engaging in true two-way dialogue within Latitude’s online research communities. She is a regular industry speaker and has previously presented at conferences in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Berlin, Amsterdam, Macau and Venice.
