Ben Sullivan is an experienced Market Researcher & Consultant with a particular interest in using new technology to both gather and disseminate data. In his 15+ years in the industry he has worked both client and agency side including 7 years as Head of Insights for Toyota Australia. During this time he has conducted hundreds of quantitative and qualitative studies across advertising, brand development, media and sponsorship strategy and impact, through to product development, pricing, and customer experience. Most recently he has been developing methods and products that utilize the latest technology to optimize the customer experience of collection and reporting of customer feedback. Currently working with Potentiate, a Data Intelligence company, as Director of Business Solutions & Innovation and heading the consultancy team, Ben continues to work on a broad range of projects. Ben is an engaging presenter with an endlessly enquiring mind – he brings passion and enthusiasm to all projects he works on.
